As Brand Manager Italy, you are responsible for further building our brands and rolling out strategic plans for Biscoff and Nakd in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager. We look forward to meeting you.
Functiebeschrijving
* Participate in managing the operational marketing plan with activities supporting the launch of new products and the existing portfolio;
* Implement communication activities for promotion;
* Contribute to creating and monitoring materials and presentations for the sales force, and promotional activities in stores;
* Participate in implementing digital activities and social editorial plans in collaboration with the digital agency;
* Oversee packaging revisions;
* Manage website content adaptations;
* Support the development of the editorial calendar and participate in content planning and overall strategy;
* Coordinate with different stakeholders within the company for assets, including digital initiatives;
* Manage social media and community engagement.
Profiel
* Master's degree, preferably in economics;
* Minimum 3 years FMCG experience is required;
* Knowledge of Italian trade structure and media development;
* Experience with social media;
* Good knowledge of IRI / GFK execution;
* Fluent in written and spoken Italian; strong understanding of English (written and spoken);
* Open dialogue, passion for brand development, team spirit;
* Results-driven, enjoys the 'scoring the deal' process and loves to WIN;
* Good interpersonal skills;
* Social, ambitious, responsible, proactive;
* Positive attitude in life.
