Business Development Manager in Motor Industry
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the motor industry and wants to develop their career in business development.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing business in partnership with local offices throughout Italy and identifying new potential clients within the motor, rent & automotive industry. You will execute sales goals by maintaining a large book of business and conducting frequent sales presentations, calls, and meetings.
You will negotiate contracts and fees with clients, manage reporting to inform about progress, and interface closely with client executives and client teams to deliver client needs. Additionally, you will keep abreast of industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences representing the company, and have a broad and powerful professional network.
Requirements:
* A Master's Degree in Economics, Management, or a similar field;
* Previous experience (3-5 years) in the motor industry, preferably in business development within rental or dealers/automotive industries;
* Experience with technical analysis of motor fleet policies (claims reports and policy conditions);
* Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
