Kitchen Manager (Chef) for Pizzeria - Location: Cagliari
We are seeking a skilled kitchen manager (chef) for Valdo Gatti Pizzeria, located in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or chef, with strong skills in:
* Leadership and communication
* Technical knowledge of cooking methods and dish preparation
* Plating skills
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the kitchen and coordinating the brigade
2. Planning menus
3. Maintaining established quality standards
4. Managing orders and supplies
5. Ensuring cleanliness of the work area and kitchen
This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment. It is a full-time position, six days a week, with variable shifts. The offered salary ranges from €2,000 to €2,500 net per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
