Job description
We are seeking talented and motivated hospitality professionals to fill the position of Restaurant Manager at one of our Hotel Mangia’s Brucoli Sicily Autograph Collection.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
* Deliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfaction
* Promote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktails
* Respond effectively and accurately to guest complaints
* Regularly assess product quality
* Organize and supervise staff shifts
* Continuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
* Manage reservations
* Work closely with colleagues from other departments
Requirements:
* At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments
* Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is considered a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Team spirit and collaboration
* Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills • Customer service orientation
* Precision and attention to detail
* Familiarity with Opera PMS
