We are looking for a Junior Suppliers Back-Office to help us reach our organic goals. What you will do : Follow back-office activities and relationships with international suppliers. Manage and modify purchasing orders on ERP based on necessities. Follow up on suppliers' deliveries and returns of merchandise. Manage and check suppliers documents such as agreement letters, orders invoices, delivery notes. Work with Buying Team, Logistics and Customer Service do manage orders details, discrepancies and defects in received goods, clients claims for defective items. Requirements for this role : Full proficiency in Italian and English Good knowledge of Excel and AS400 Understanding of sales, stock, profit and markdown key indicators 2 years of experience as commercial back-office at least preferably in fashion industry High-level written and verbal communication skills. Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve Ability to work as part of a team Preferred skills : French or other language is a plus Location : Florence
