You will be a member of a dynamic, growing team and have responsibility for our local office in Bari. Your responsibility will be to successfully lead the team and ensure great team spirit. We also love to celebrate our successes together, either by cheering each other on in the office or by doing team events. /ph3Your role in this journey /h3ulliBe responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets by managing a high-performing sales and account management team responsible for the Southern Italian market. /liliBe directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the region, acquiring new hosts, and building long-term relationships. /liliTrain and coach your team, fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives to achieve your area targets. /liliManage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers. /liliContinue building and strengthening the Holidu brand presence in your area. /liliWork together with the Head of Sales Account Management and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices. /liliRegularly go on customer visits together with your team members. /li /ulh3Your backpack is filled with /h3ulliA seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills. /liliA successful track record in sales and / or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets. /liliNatural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members. /liliA very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team’s approach. /liliA hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve. /liliPrevious experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus. /liliPrevious experience in a fast-growing, e-commerce, tech, and / or travel company is a plus. /liliNear-native Italian and fluent English skills. /li /ulh3Our adventure includes /h3ulliImpact : Make a difference for hundreds of thousands of monthly users. /liliGrowth : Take responsibility from day one and develop through regular feedback, workshops, and knowledge exchanges. /liliPersonal Development : Use your learning budget and 2 extra study days for conferences, books, courses, and more. /liliCommunity : Engage with international, diverse, yet like-minded colleagues through regular events and 2 office days per week with your team. /liliFlexibility : Benefit from our hybrid work policy and the chance to work from other local offices for up to 8 weeks a year. /liliTravel : Enjoy 22 vacation days + the possibility to take up to 10 unpaid vacation days with interesting discounts on our Holidu Homes. /li /ulh3Want to travel with us? /h3pApply online on our career page!
