Job Title: Business Development Manager (South Italy), Savona Client: Hanwha Vision Europe Location: South Italy (preferably Milan area or in the South region) Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Yes Job Reference: 649446669592140185633710 Job Views: 1 Posted: 02.05.2025 Expiry Date: 16.06.2025 Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales of security products. Achieve sales objectives by analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision makers to ensure growth. Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team to position products effectively. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue. Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers informed about product updates. Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report sales progress weekly. Analyze customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing strategies. Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with the ability to present solutions effectively. Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals. Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and networking channels. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence. Independent thinking, judgment, and motivation to meet targets. Team player with organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solution-oriented approach. Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one local European language. Clean driving license.
