This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy for Life Science Automation products in Southern Europe. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a network of distribution partners to drive revenue growth and establish market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in key Southern European markets (Spain, Italy, Portugal, etc.).
* Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a channel sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for Galatek's portfolio of standardized life science products.
* Partner Enablement: Train, equip, and motivate channel partners with the necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support.
* Sales Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline with partners, from lead generation to closing.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and key opinion leaders within the biopharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, and academic research communities.
* Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to teams on customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or technical sales within the life science instrumentation, laboratory automation, or diagnostics industry.
* Network: A proven track record of building and managing a successful distributor/channel partner network in Southern Europe.
* Product Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of laboratory workflows and familiarity with products such as liquid handlers, plate readers, and related automation equipment.
