Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pWe’re looking for a bSales Account Manager /b in charge of some major accounts, in bRivoli (TO). /b /p h3Main Opportunities and Challenges /h3 pEnsure the development and commercial management of assigned clients in compliance with the company's revenue and margin objectives. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage sales activities with assigned accounts and prospects located in Europe. /li liEstablish selling prices in cooperation with the Sales leadership and in accordance with the internal approval process. /li liExplore and identify business opportunities and build good relationship and intimacy at all levels inside the customer. /li liGenerate RFQs, deeply discuss with customer Engineering, prepare the quotation, negotiate price, get the purchase order, discuss and negotiate LTAs. /li liWork with the other company's function to achieve the sales targets and customer satisfaction. /li liPrepare and revise sales budget, forecast and long‑term planning, define the achievable area business plan, set action plan and a mitigation plan when necessary. /li /ul h3Job Position Requirements /h3 pEducation: University master degree - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. /p h3Professional Background /h3 pAt least 3 years of experience in Sales with international customers as Tier1 or 2 supplier. /p pPreferred 1‑3 years of background in Engineering or Manufacturing or Quality in structured companies supplying Mechanical components to OEMs. /p h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liFluent English. /li liKnowledge of a second language (French or German). /li liExcellent relationship management. /li liAction oriented. /li liBasics of project management. /li liAvailable to travel abroad. /li liMicrosoft Office Package skills. /li liSense of urgency and business acumen. /li /ul pConsidered as a plus: /p ul liFluent German. /li liExperience or direct knowledge of drivelines / transmissions / axles product development life cycle. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liGood team player. /li liAble to work under pressure. /li liResilient. /li liAble to influence the teammates to bring the voice of the customer. /li /ul pIf you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
