The Senior Brand Manager for Italy will be part of our Brands team, responsible for the first-class management of existing brand partners. This includes maximizing their potential and fostering strong, enduring relationships. /ppWorking closely with the Brand Acquisitions Director, Heads of Category, and Sales teams, this role plays a pivotal part in identifying and acquiring new brands for the group, as well as local brands for the Italian market. The goal is to enhance tcc’s competitiveness and success in winning pitches. /ppDaily responsibilities include : /ppbManagement of Current Brand Portfolio /b /ppSupport sales pitches with brand assets, facts, figures, and authorization letters /ppApprove products for new rewards /ppApprove campaign proposals and POS materials via the cloud-based CMS tool /ppReview product designs and samples in collaboration with the reward development teams /ppPrepare internal and external business performance reviews /ppContribute to Category Plans and brand development strategies /ppManage contract terms, renewals, and negotiations (e.g., capped fees) /ppEnsure partner satisfaction and loyalty to tcc /ppbAcquisition of New Group Brands /b /ppCollaborate with the Acquisitions Director, Sales team, and Heads of Category to identify and target new brands /ppProactively build a contact database and deepen industry knowledge /ppApply a data-driven, research-based approach to brand acquisitions, supported by the Insights team /ppWork with Marketing and other teams to prepare, pitch, and secure market-leading partners /ppNegotiate contract terms that optimize tcc’s offerings /ppSupport the launch of new brands /ppbKey Relationships /b /ppThis role supports the Brand Acquisitions Director and the Italian Marketing Supply Director (Mavi) in managing the current and future brand partner portfolio, with a focus on : /ppActing as a key liaison between brand partners and internal departments (Product, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) /ppReducing NPD time-to-market and streamlining brand approvals for campaigns /ppEnhancing sales teams’ understanding of brand value and positioning /ppSupporting the development of future loyalty offerings with optimal brand partnerships /ppMaintaining and nurturing relationships with key market brands, including those aligned with competitors, to position tcc as a preferred partner /ppKnowledge, Skills Experience /ppbWe are looking for a candidate with : /b /ppA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in licensing, brand, or retail management /ppExpertise in brand and portfolio management /ppExperience in category planning /ppStrong relationship management skills across brands, suppliers, and agencies /ppbFluency in English and Italian (French is a plus) /b /ppAnalytical mindset, customer orientation, diplomacy, and strong influencing and negotiation skills /ppAbility to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally /ppExcellent pitching and presentation skills, both written and verbal /ppbCore Values /b /ppOur core values are central to how we operate and what we expect from all team members : /ppRespect – Treat others as they wish to be treated /ppTruth – Be honest and open, learning from both successes and mistakes /ppCollaborate – Work together to become smarter and stronger as one team /ppCare – Show care for tcc, our future, our colleagues, our clients, and our community /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
