Join EcoFlow to find supportive peers, face new challenges, and grow your career. We are looking for a Presales Engineer, full-time and remote from Italy.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches, managing all technical communication.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, fostering trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Train and interact with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow products and USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and work with R&D to improve products.
* Help partners customize solutions for commercial success based on your technical knowledge.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale support, ideally in residential energy storage.
* Strong self-drive, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information in a fast-changing environment.
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
