We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria!We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
* Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
* Must be a valid EU citizen and willing to relocate abroad.
