Ph3THE ROLE /h3 pThe Regional Product Manager - APAC is responsible for driving product performance and assortment strategy across all Off-White product categories (RTW, Accessories, Shoes, Bags) within the APAC region. This role ensures that regional buying, product mix, and sales strategies reflect brand DNA, regional consumer insights, and market trends, while achieving financial targets. /p pThe position serves as a strategic bridge between global merchandising, distribution channels and partners to maximize commercial opportunities across the region. /p h3WHAT YOU'LL DO /h3 ul liDefine and execute seasonal assortment strategies across all categories, aligning with global guidelines and APAC commercial priorities. /li liSupport buying sessions for APAC distribution and wholesale partners. /li liEnsure optimal SKU productivity, depth, and width of assortments tailored to regional /li liMonitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance KPIs for all categories. /li liAnalyze sell-through, stock levels, and product lifecycle to recommend in-season actions : reorders, consolidations, markdowns, and transfers. /li liStay up-to-date on competitive landscape, macro trends, and client preferences specific to APAC countries. /li liCommunicate regional trends and business opportunities to global merchandising and design teams. /li liProvide assortment and buying recommendations for key APAC wholesale partners. /li liReview performance and collaborate on tailored assortments to grow the business. /li liPrepare weekly and seasonal reporting highlighting wins, risks, and commercial opportunities. /li liSupport global teams with detailed feedback on product performance, regional needs, and market gaps. /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field. /li li4+ years of merchandising experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion. /li liExperience managing multiple categories and / or multiple countries in APAC. /li liStrong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment. /li liFluent in English and Italian; additional asian languages are a plus. /li liWillingness to travel across the region. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
