We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Retail and Supply Chain processes to join our Information Systems & Digital team.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping to shape, improve, and implement solutions related to retail operations, ERP systems, and Point of Sale (POS) platforms.
You will be involved in international projects, working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and business teams to translate business needs into effective and scalable solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications
Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and related retail platforms to support business processes, analyze requirements, and drive solution improvements
Act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
Analyze retail and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
Design business scenarios, use cases, and process flows
Coordinate testing activities, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business expectations
Prepare training materials and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions to end users and support teams
Participate in issue analysis and third-level support activities when required
Promote best practices and drive stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
~ Strong understanding of Retail and Supply Chain processes
~ Experience working with ERP and POS systems within retail environments
~ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain or similar platforms
~ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps environments, and Design Thinking principles
~ Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related fields
~ Fluent English and Italian
