This dedicated training and development path will be held for the first few months at our headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), designed to provide you with both deep technical expertise and essential soft skills. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake bcommercial responsibility /b for direct customers in your assigned area, focusing on Industrial Hydraulic technologies. /li liBe supported in analyzing bmarket data /b and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans. /li liBuild a strong relationship with the local Application team and Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth. /li liBe involved in bsales negotiations /b and provide support throughout both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases. Contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs—including turnover and margins—by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty. /li liUnderstand bmarket needs and trends /b to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions.
