POSITION SUMMARY Kitchen Support Experts play an important role in support of several hotel\nfunctions. These associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and\nbeverage, employee dining room) to support cleaning and basic kitchen\npreparation needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware\nfor guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools\n(e.g., dishwashing machines, hand wash stations), or transporting dishware\nacross the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report\nmaintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;\ncomplete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal\nappearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary\ninformation; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests\naccording to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional\nlanguage. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;\nsupport team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and\nstandards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead\nand below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move,\nlift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25\npounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by\nSupervisors.
