Role Overview: The Global Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec’s ShorePower portfolio. This role ensures product success by: Understanding customer needs and market trends Driving product development and improvements Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities Key Responsabilities: ? Product Management & Development Define and manage product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams. Monitor product performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover. Conduct customer interviews to refine product specifications. Assess market trends and industry drivers to guide product evolution. Develop business cases and sales collateral to support commercial activities. ? Sales & Business Enablement Train sales teams on product knowledge and applications. Assist in customer engagement, tender preparation, and product presentations. Represent the product portfolio at trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Requirements: MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Experience in engineered electrotechnical or electromechanical equipment (5-7 years preferred). 3 years in product management, product marketing, or business development. Ability to define, refine, and improve product portfolios based on customer and market insights. Strong ability to present clear, impactful information to stakeholders. Fluent in English (Italian is a plus). Collaborative mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach. Exposure to Ports & Maritime sector is preferred.
