The role: We are looking for an autonomous B2B sales professional capable of building opportunities from scratch: we do not provide contact lists or qualified leads, so the role requires a concrete skill to independently identify and generate new target clients.
Develop a B2B contact and client network from zero
Generate new commercial opportunities through outbound activities, networking and personal initiatives
Manage the full sales cycle:
need analysis
negotiation
Collaborate with the technical team to build tailor‐made solutions
Participate in events, trade fairs and commercial activities
Monitor and report results and KPIs
Cosa cerchiamo
At least 3 years of experience selling software or complex IT solutions
Capacità dimostrata di:
headhunting clients
entrepreneurial mindset and strong result orientation
excellent relational and negotiation skills
organization and operational autonomy
availability to travel within Italy
excellent use of CRM and digital tools
Direct hiring (no P.IVA)
Fixed‐term contract
Bonus on every closed deal (defined case by case)
