Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
* Achieve sales objectives related to product mix through market analysis and influencing decision makers to ensure growth.
* Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team to position products effectively.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Responsibilities include engaging with end users, consultants, system integrators, updating customers on products, increasing project pipeline and revenue, and creating new customer relationships.
* Report weekly on sales and project progress, analyze existing customer data, and contribute ideas for marketing and new product launches.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins, ensure accurate forecasting, and meet budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven success in a business development or sales role within a demanding environment.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to understand customer needs, develop solutions, and create professional proposals.
* Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and networking sectors.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Valid driving license.
Location:
This role is field-based, primarily in South Italy, requiring extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside Italy.
