Are you passionate about innovative products, customer experience, and the food service industry? We\'re looking for a Product Manager - Food Service to join our team, responsible for the full lifecycle of our global food service product lines. This is a great opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment. The role reports to the Director of Product Management & Marketing and is based in Belluno (Italy) or can be performed remotely with a mix of office and smart working.
Responsibilities
* Conduct research and analyze customer needs to identify product opportunities
* Develop and maintain a global product roadmap for food service offerings
* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and project management teams
* Define and prioritize features based on market trends, customer feedback, and compliance
* Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and communications
* Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements
* Monitor industry trends and maintain competitive awareness in the food service and refrigeration sectors
* Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Develop business cases and high-level requirements for new product proposals
* Support the sales team with tactical execution plans
* Oversee the full food service product portfolio and lifecycle
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in product management, ideally within the refrigeration industry
* Strong knowledge of electronic controls
* Solid understanding of refrigeration components, systems, and applications
* Excellent interpersonal, customer-oriented, and execution skills
* Fluent in Italian and English
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working in international teams or global organizations
* Knowledge of a third language is a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
