Responsibilities
* Drive commercial growth across key strategic accounts, developing long-term partnerships and expanding market share
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the business as a trusted partner in innovation and formulation development
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultative engagement around market trends, product performance, and customer needs
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams including R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver successful projects and aligned account strategies
* Support customers on technical discussions related to formulations and ingredient applications
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance market presence
* Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning to support sustainable growth
Qualifications
* Scientific Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
* Industry Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within specialty chemicals, personal care ingredients, or oleochemicals
* Technical & Commercial Expertise: Strong understanding of formulations, ingredient functionality, and market dynamics, with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities
* Professional Competencies: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
* Comfortable operating in a cross-functional, international environment
* Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
