Ph3Senior Business Developer - Roma | JobLeads /h3 h3Job Description /h3 pSenior Business Developer aims to identify and secure new accounts (End User, Business Partners) and uncover business opportunities within targeted industrial markets, including energy and sustainability, renewable energy, utilities, midstream, upstream, specialty chemicals, Lifescience\Pharma and Marine. This role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, drive sustainable growth and delivering impactful solutions to our clients. /p pThe Senior Business Developer reports directly to the Honeywell Process Automation Branch Sales Director for Italy and East Mediterranean Countries. The position involves high-level interaction with various internal and external stakeholders and requires 70%+ travel within Italy and East Mediterranean Countries. Fluent English is mandatory. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Business Development /h3 ul liIdentify, develop, and secure growth opportunities on the targeted markets /li liBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities by leveraging industry connections and market insights /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored value proposition. /li /ul h3Client Engagement /h3 ul liEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders. /li liServe as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and aligning them with Honeywell solutions. /li /ul h3Market Analysis /h3 ul liAnalyze emerging trends to identify growth opportunities matching that Honeywell portfolio can match. /li liProvide strategic insights to drive innovation and competitive positioning. /li /ul h3Partnerships And Alliances /h3 ul liEstablish strategic partnerships that align with Honeywell's business objectives. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to structure strategic alliances that enhance value delivery. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5+ years of experience in business development within industrial automation on End User, Business Partners (OEMs, Contractors, Systems Integrators) /li liProven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals in industrial automation markets. /li liExperience in selling solutions, including software and cybersecurity. /li liFluent in English, with strong communication skills. /li liExperience working in an international environment, showcasing the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. /li liResults-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets. /li liExposure to and understanding of one or more of the following industrial markets: Specialty Chemicals, Energy, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Midstream, Upstream, LifeScience /Pharma, and Marine /li liAnalyzing industry trends, competitors strategies and customer behavior /li liStrong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /li liAbility to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders. /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
