Job Title: Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Capture new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
2. Develop strategic relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Enhance market share through effective sales strategies and tactics.
4. Align annual sales targets with customer expectations and monitor performance on a monthly basis.
5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines, and ensure timely account receivable collections.
6. Deliver 100% customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from pre-sales support to order fulfillment and after-sale service.
7. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the organization by meeting established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Support marketing efforts and enhance the company's brand image through active communication and collaboration.
9. Monitor competitors' pricing, new product introductions, and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
10. Collaborate closely with Head Office teams to gather support, provide feedback, and share front-line information.
11. Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
