PpFor our Business Unit Service in Monselice we are looking for a Service Sales Specialist. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 pSupporting the Sales team and customers throughout the sales process, while developing new and existing business by increasing internal and external knowledge of products and markets. /p pParticipating in sales strategy discussions, assigning short- and long-term goals and negotiating the various Product Group sales budgets and marketing plans. /p pIdentifying customer needs and competitor offers through market analysis, ensuring efficient marketing actions and communications that demonstrate the value proposition of the products, systems, service and packages. /p pSupporting the area Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and providing technical support, product presentations and product/solution/service-related training. /p pTaking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution and analyzing the root cause of any lost proposals, to increase future competitiveness. /p pPerforming sales performance reviews, proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls and providing regular sales activity reports to assist in production planning. /p pPreparing offers in coordination with the quotation department. /p pReporting in necessary tools like SFDC. /p pLiving core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. /p h3Your background /h3 pTechnical background (Engineering degree is preferred) /p pMore than 3 years of experience in direct sales and sales management. /p pPrevious experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformers solutions is considered a plus. /p pFluent Italian and English /p h3More about us /h3 pWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
