Due to continuous expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer to join its highly professional and client-focused team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the drafting of agreements, legal opinions, and a range of legal documents for local and international clients.
- Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
- Conducting thorough legal research as required.
- Liaising and coordinating with clients, external advisers, and public / regulatory authorities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- LLB (Hons).
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- LPC or BPTC qualification will be considered an advantage.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in both Greek and English, written and verbal.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with international and institutional clients.
