At Taller Marmo we are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Intern to join our team. The role is based in Milan and will report to the E-commerce Manager. As part of a growing team, you will gain comprehensive insight into the e-commerce and logistics operations of a fashion brand. ROLE DESCRIPTION Shipments Prepare garments for shipment with great care and attention to detail. Pack orders and ensure accuracy of shipping labels and documentation. Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve potential issues or delays. Manage daily shipments and handover to couriers. Returns Receive returns from customers. Prepare returned items to be checked, processed, and restocked. Warehouse Operations Support product picking related to orders and restocking activities related to returns. Manage stock intake for incoming products. Assist with annual inventory processes. Maintain organization and order within the e-commerce warehouse Shooting & Events Support the team during product shoots and assist with the organization of events when required. REQUIREMENTS Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication abilities Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset Interest in the fashion industry (previous experience or knowledge is a plus) Fluency in English and Italian
