Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives related to product quantity and market share through strategic analysis and influence.
* Engage in short and medium-term sales planning, collaborating with Product Management for market positioning.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program).
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Handle end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products.
* Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer projects, and report sales progress weekly.
* Conduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving targets.
Requirements:
* Proven success in business development or sales, especially in CCTV or related technologies.
* Experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to work independently, understanding customer needs, and creating commercial proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and networking channels.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
* Understanding of network video systems and technologies.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to impact market presence.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, team orientation, and organizational skills.
* Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present at all levels, including board-level.
* Fluent in English and at least one local European language.
* Valid driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy, involving extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside.
