At Marketplace Distri, we're looking for a Junior Sales and Business Developer to join our team at the headquarters in Lucca (Tuscany)!
Marketplace Distri is active in developing brands on an international level, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets, especially on improving their performance on Amazon.
We currently operate in ES, UK, DE, IT, FR, PL, SE, and NL, managing over 100,000 product pages across 8 countries.
We seek a bright, ambitious, and dedicated self-starter to work with our international team of professionals.
Tasks
* Work directly with the unit director and senior sales team to ensure a steady flow of new leads and customers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Grow the existing client base through a consultative, personal approach.
* Communicate proposals that are well-reasoned and data-driven, considering operational, capability, people, and cost perspectives.
* Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.
* Update and maintain the client database.
* Negotiate exclusivity contracts and favorable terms for the company.
Requirements

* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
