We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, your focus will include:
* Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Contributing to customer onboarding and transitioning to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Managing overall service/project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
* Supporting de-escalation of critical customer issues
* Collaborating with MIM, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support on critical situations
* Participating in customer release and maintenance activities
* Supporting technical requirements throughout the customer lifecycle within SAP
* Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinating with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success
* Reviewing account status and analyzing needs for transition based on growth
* Streamlining associate onboarding and training documentation
* Enabling ongoing knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications & Experience
Technical skills required:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis expertise
* Hands-on experience with HANA database
* Mandatory SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) experience
* Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) is a plus
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level
* English proficiency B2 or higher
Work Experience
* 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations
* At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge
* Over 2 years of cloud experience in solution management, consulting, or delivery
