A high willingness to travel of more than 70% is required Ensuring optimal system operation as well as advice and training for the customer in the operation and maintenance of the system Precise calibration and adjustment of the measuring and testing devices Development of technical solutions to tasks Sales-promoting advice and support for sales and customer services employees Functional testing of new devices and independent implementation of minor modifications and repairs High quality customer support with professional fault analysis and problem solving Comprehensive documentation of errors and interference fields Creation of reports and documentation on damage cases, system status, service and repair activities Act as a direct interface to the customer Feedback of important customer, system and project information to the responsible department and the project management Remote support in the event of malfunctions and complaints in coordination with the specialist department The necessary system knowledge is communicated in the course of service and commissioning assignments, which do not necessarily have to take place in Italy. Depending on the availability of experienced technicians, mainly Italian customers are visited to get to know our customers and their facilities. The duration of the training phase depends on the progress of the knowledge to be acquired, but experience has shown that it takes about half a year. The training phase initially includes a visit to the company lasting several days. Here we pay attention to: Presentation of future colleagues in the commissioning and service department team Acquaintance with colleagues from other departments with whom you work more closely Explanation of our internal processes (organizational chart, intranet, ) Product presentations Il profilo: Siamo alla ricerca di un candidato con esperienza pregressa maturata in ruoli similari e preferibilmente nel settore di interesse. Formazione tecnica con una base meccanica, elettrica e automazione. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Motivazione verso il ruolo e nell’attivit di assistenza sia in presenza che da remoto verso i clienti, prevalentemente a livello Italia e Germania. Disponibile a trasferte per un ammontare uguale o maggiore al 70%. Autonomia, proattivit, gestione dello stress completano il profilo. E’ previsto un periodo iniziale di formazione da svolgersi presso la Casa Madre aziendale (Austria) e presso i clienti a livello Italia e Germania, con rientri programmati settimanalmente.
