As a Senior Associate TAM at IAS in Milan, you act as the primary technical contact for integrated clients, guiding issue resolution and ensuring customer success. You troubleshoot, pinpoint root causes, and coordinate with tier 2 support and product teams when needed. You’ll provide deep technology-based updates to internal stakeholders and, for premium customers, deliver dedicated technical assistance. This role sits at the crossroads of product, engineering, and customer operations to help clients maximize performance and trust in IAS solutions.

Responsabilità
* 2+ years in a technical account/relationship management or client-facing role
* Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis with practical troubleshooting experience
* Hands‑on experience with ad serving tags, implementation, troubleshooting, and cross‑environment validation
* Experience with APIs and SDKs
* Experience with 3rd party advertising technology companies and publisher ad servers
* Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, programmatic advertising, and involved players
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in English and Italian
