The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage part of the Kampaay customer portfolio, serving as the main point of contact for our clients, managing their business needs, and acting as their event planning consultant supported by our Operations team.
With your deep knowledge of the event industry, you will be the best advisor for our customers, helping them plan their annual event calendar, and ensuring quality and effectiveness using our innovative platform.
Location
This is a hybrid role: the office is in Milan, but we encourage frequent visits to our office corridors.
What You’ll Do as an Enterprise Key Account Manager
* Manage your customer portfolio to expand Kampaay’s customer spending.
* Lead platform onboarding for new clients (up to 100+ users per company) and establish long-term relationships.
* Implement activities per customer contract to strengthen partnerships and serve as the key point for all event-related matters.
* Drive account expansion to increase annual spending.
* Report and forecast client wallet data to monitor trends and predict future performance.
* Manage contract renewals.
* Collect feedback to improve our service and platform.
* Collaborate with Client Key Operations on event delivery, expansion strategies, and customer care.
What We’re Looking For
* 8-10 years of experience as an Account/Event Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar in the event industry or agency.
* Strong experience in managing key accounts at a commercial level, maintaining client relationships, and providing support.
* Client care talent.
* Good understanding of event operations, including complexity, supplier needs, and budgeting, to serve as a consultant.
* Passion for digital innovation and using it to enhance the event industry.
* Experience with digital solutions and a desire to learn about new innovations.
* Native Italian speaker and fluent in English (B2+).
