We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital & CRM Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage content-flow and visibility plans of e-retailers.
* Deliver CRM communications.
* Optimize and manage the contents of Italian Guerlain e-commerce to promote growth on its traffic and sell out.
* Manage the daily activities of Guerlain digital channels in conjunction with different kind of agencies and headquarter based in Paris.
* Monitor digital, social and CRM activations of brand competitors and e-retailers.
* Implement new digital tools and applications.
* Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports.
Requirements:
* Digital savvy, curious attitude, entrepreneurial and problem-solving approach.
* Master's degree in marketing or economics, a previous experience in beauty/luxury environment, digital team or in agencies is considered a plus.
* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and relational skills.
* Desire to learn, proactivity and ability to work in a team and independently.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point).
* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
