Responsibilities
1. Identify and create opportunities to promote GT shareholders in the Italian/European market.
2. Create, develop, and promote GT social media activities (e.g., LinkedIn).
3. Work with the Italian external communication agency on media relations activities.
4. Assist in distributing marketing materials, internal newsletters, press releases, seminar materials, client updates, and other communications.
5. Assist in deploying programs and events, including development of marketing materials and logistics.
6. Organize media relations initiatives such as press releases, social media activities, and coordination with external PR for interviews or articles.
7. Draft brochures, RFPs, and league table submissions (e.g., Chambers & Partners, Legal 500).
8. Draft and implement branding messaging both externally and internally.
9. Prepare initial drafts of graphics or coordinate with the dedicated team.
10. Assist in organizing events in coordination with the BD Manager.
Additional Responsibilities
* Support the promotion of the GT brand.
* Support business development activities and creation of client-facing documents.
* Assist in internal communication and data management.
* Work on other projects as assigned and collaborate with network colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* High proficiency in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of Windows, Adobe PDF, and CRM platforms is a plus.
* Willingness to work overtime if needed.
