Job Purpose: The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth and increase penetration in sales and demand creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities to customers. What the role involves: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in collaboration with branch personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs deeply and formulate regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets to outperform industry and company growth projections. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Proven sales experience in electronics distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes and successful design achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and team-oriented.
