Key job responsibilities
* Develop AI solutions for Sponsored Brands advertiser and shopper experiences; build products that leverage generative models to improve campaign performance.
* Invent and design new solutions for scientifically complex problem areas in new business initiatives.
* Identify new opportunities and write new proposals to help us drive new growth areas for our advertisers.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on fast‑paced, challenging projects, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.
* Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision.
* Work closely with science, engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Leverage your analytical skills and work independently, with high standards.
* Throughout you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.

In this role, you will design and implement Gen AI solutions that help millions of advertisers create more effective ad campaigns with intelligent recommendations, while improving the overall experience at Amazon’s global scale. Our team invents, defines, and delivers advertising products that drive brand discovery and sales. Our solutions generate billions in revenue and drive long‑term growth for Amazon Store businesses. We deliver billions of ad impressions, millions of clicks daily, and break fresh ground to create world‑class products. Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience
* 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
* Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product
* Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience managing technical products or online services
* Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
* Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
* Experience in advertising
* Experience with AI/ML technologies

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
