Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter, safer world! /ppbr/ppbWHAT WILL YOU DO? /b /ppAs a Sales Engineer, your role contributes to the business growth by being responsible for all technical aspects with top system integrator, large end customers and consultants in close collaboration with the Sales team for the North of Italy. You will be accountable for defining the best solutions to increase the business on targeted partners and end customers. Your role in the organization is to develop technical complex projects together with different internal departments and support the growth of our business in your territories. Education is also a key activity in the Sales Engineering department, and you’ll be responsible for delivering official Academy and tailored training within the territory. The responsibilities include field, inter-departmental and direct partner and customer proactive approach. /ppbr/ppThe role involves some domestic and international travels. /ppbr/ppApart from above mentioned tasks, it will be your job to: /pulliDesign the best solution for each project, by understanding the needs from the local end customers, AE and System Integrators perspective. /liliAlways act as a trusted technical advisor both internal and externally. /liliInfluence on large tenders and RFP/RFQ process with the local market. /liliResponsible to develop and present Axis solutions with high technical standards. /liliDefine together with the related Key Account Manager the best strategy to better position Axis at all levels in the territory. /liliBe accountable to maintain and develop contact with technical key decision makers from large corporations (system integrators and end customers). /liliLearn, keep updated, and collaborate with local and global technology partners. /liliUnderstand the full solutions, not only the Axis products, but also complementary, such as networking, analytics, software, hardware and services. /liliUnderstand competitive landscape for each solution and follow-up each project with the technical customers. /liliPromote pilots and proof of concept implementations linked to projects and opportunities. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? /b /ppWe are looking for a focused and self-motivated team player with a technical background within IT and/or Physical Security. You will have the ability to hold inspiring presentations and demonstrations and to build strategic and trustworthy relationships at all levels. You high business acumen and knows how to prioritize accordingly. /ppbr/ppYou will have experience in pre-sales, B2B technical project-based work within the security market, alternatively within the IT channel and have knowledge in network technologies and applications. You will have the technical confidence to setup and demonstrate complex solutions within Network surveillance and solutions. Knowledge of VMS software is an advantage. You are used to complex project management in a fast-paced environment. You possess good analytical and organizational skills.
