Your challenge: As a Pre-sales Technical Support you will be responsible for the Technical Support and Promotion of Digital Industry products & solutions in North Center area (Toscana, Emilia Romagna, Marche) within Digital Industry Business Function of Technical Support. Some of the main activities will be: - Promote and support industrial products and solutions to cooperate in customers’ automation architectures design and development - Present technical features of products and solutions in the pre-sales phase - Support technically OEMs, System Integrators and Distributors - Cooperate with the sales, marketing and business development teams in the technical promotion of automation solutions, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities - Carry out training, presentations and technical workshops to spread the know-how with the customers - Influence the main collaborators and the customer’s “Decision makers” - Provide some insights on the customer's point of view in innovation processes - Have deep knowledge of the industrial market and the competitors’ offer And what about the medium-long term? - You will have the possibility to increase presence of Siemens in Industrial Market via main stakeholders in North Center Area.
