As a Indirect Sales Specialist you’ll be responsible for overseeing and manage indirect sales toward Eastern Europe, Middle East, CSI and African countries. You will ensure that channel sales will grow and distributors’ relations will develop while being good and productive. It will be your responsibility to ensure distributors work at their best in the interest of Anatomage, with transparency, respecting their territory and in a spirit of collaboration with Anatomage and other distributors in adjacent territories.
The ideal candidate has a background in economy, international relations or biomedical engineering, as well as experience with supervising resellers in the specified target areas. This person must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be a cultural bridge-builder, capable of navigating both formal boardrooms and local, relationship-based social environments with equal ease.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Milan office. It will be requested to often travel abroad. Local candidates preferred.
What You’ll Do
Analyse the distributors performance and adherence to Anatomage policies
Adopt in coordination with Indirect Sales Manager the right distribution strategy for each country
Contribute to the action plan, in agreement with Indirect Sales Manager
Manage existing dealers and train them
Give demonstrations to end-users in the use of Anatomage products
Advance market presence and overall penetration
Report to Indirect Sales Manager
Participate in sales meetings
Other assigned projects and duties when required
Skills and Abilities Required
Extremely high ethical sense
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel alone
Proficiency in managing diverse people and cultures
English language knowledge
Preferred Qualities We Look For
2 years of proven experience in managing foreign accounts
Minimum knowledge of EMEA territories
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Team player, who is pro-active and owns accountability
French, Arabic, Russian or other additional languages will be highly valued
Minimum Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Politics, Business Management, or Biomedical Engineering
