Our client is a fastâgrowing Milanâbased tech scaleâup developing one of Europeâs most advanced SaaS platforms for electronic invoicing management. Their technology simplifies compliance, automation, and realâtime data flows for enterprise finance teams -touching areas such as FinTech, financial services, fiscal digitisation, and open banking integrations.
Following rapid expansion in Italy, they are now launching operations across Europe and are hiring their first Business Development Managers for both the French and German markets.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will own the endâtoâend sales cycle for enterprise clients in your native market (France or Germany).
You will identify prospects, run consultative sales conversations, lead demos, negotiate contracts, and contribute to building the local goâtoâmarket strategy.
This is a highâimpact role where your work will directly influence international expansion.
What You Will Do
* Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing.
* Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the French or German enterprise market.
* Build strong relationships with senior decisionâmakers in finance, operations, procurement, and compliance.
* Collaborate with product and marketing to adapt messaging for local needs.
* Represent the company at industry events and online channels within the FinTech and financialâcompliance ecosystem.
Requirements
* Native French or Native German speaker (depending on the role).
* Based in or willing to relocate to Milan. Candidates native from France or Germany might be considered.
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or similar (fullâcycle ownership is essential).
* Strong background in FinTech, financial services, SaaS, electronic invoicing, or open banking.
* Proven track record of closing enterpriseâlevel deals.
* Comfortable in a fastâscaling start-up environment where autonomy and initiative are key.
