DwyerOmega are a fast‐growing, private equity–backed manufacturing business on the search for a Channel Partner Regional Sales Leader to drive ambitious growth plans across Southern Europe.
This is a high‐visibility, individual contributor and high‐impact role for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in target‐led environments and knows how to build, scale, and performance‐manage distributor and channel partner networks.
The Opportunity
This role is all about growth, execution, and impact. You'll take ownership of a key Southern European region with full accountability for:
* Revenue delivery and margin performance
* Expansion and optimisation of channel partners and distributors
* Identifying and activating new market opportunities and routes to market
Backed by PE investment, the business is on a clear growth journey, meaning pace, accountability, and results matter.
What You'll Be Doing
* Driving double‐digit revenue growth through a mix of existing and new channels
* Building and scaling a high‐performing distributor and partner ecosystem
* Identifying, onboarding, and ramping new channel partners across Southern Europe
* Leading with a strong performance culture, using KPIs, pipeline discipline, and forecasting rigour
* Increasing market share through targeted customer acquisition and partner development
* Acting as a key commercial leader within the EMEA organisation
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in target‐driven B2B sales leadership, ideally in manufacturing / industrial sectors
* Strong experience managing and growing channel partners and distributor networks
* Demonstrated success in delivering against aggressive growth targets
* Highly commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into action
* Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, PE‐backed or high‐growth environment
* Strong regional experience across Southern Europe
