Overview:
Join our dynamic team dedicated to providing innovative structured products solutions to clients in Italy and Ticino. We serve a diverse clientele, including private banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. Our collaborative environment fosters growth, enabling you to build your expertise in structured products sales across several asset classes (equity derivatives, credit and fixed income).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structured Products Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the pricing, structuring, and pitching of structured products, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external market participants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the pricing and structuring of structured products tailored to client needs.
* Support the sales team in pitching products to private banks, insurance companies, and asset managers.
* Maintain and manage existing issuances, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
* Collaborate with internal functions, including trading, risk management, legal and compliance, to ensure seamless operations.
* Build and maintain relationships with external market institutions and exchanges.
* Conduct market research and analysis to support the sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with structured products or financial markets is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of financial modeling software is an advantage.
