We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to impact our SAP projects significantly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting sales-to-delivery handovers and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Contributing to customer onboarding and transition processes
* Managing service and project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
* Assisting in de-escalations of critical customer issues
* Collaborating with Major Incident Management and SAP support teams during critical situations
* Participating in customer release and maintenance activities
* Supporting technical requirements throughout the customer lifecycle
* Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
* Liaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success
* Reviewing account status and advising on account transitions as needed
* Facilitating onboarding and training for new associates
* Providing ongoing knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications & Experience:
Technical skills required:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience
* Hands-on experience with HANA databases
* Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
* Experience with SaaS products (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) integration is a plus
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level
* English proficiency B2 or higher
Work Experience:
* 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations
* At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA Basis knowledge
* 2+ years of cloud-related experience
