Sales Strategy and Execution
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a robust channel system, encompassing agents, secondary distributors, and OEM customers. This includes formulating product and price strategies, optimizing distributor systems, and maintaining market order to ensure partner profitability.
A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company requirements, setting quarterly/annual goals, and improving marketing organization systems and resource allocation.
Regional Sell-In and Sell-Out Management
The ideal candidate will excel in regional sell-in and sell-out management, ensuring accurate sales forecasts through diligent analysis and strategic planning.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field, with experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, or similar industries.
* Over five years of relevant local work experience, preferably in Italy, with a proven track record of integrated marketing success stories.
* Demonstrated ability to withstand pressure, strong market development and sales capabilities, as well as experience in team leadership and project development.
