PpOur customer, a leading company in the luxury goods manufacturing and retail sector, is recruiting for the Italian market a: /p h3SALES MANAGER /h3 pHe/she will report to the General Manager and will coordinate a team of two sales team members. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging sales enquiries and liaising with Retail Partners that will be visited at least twice a year /li liManagement of all communication and shared documentation between retailers and headquarters /li liEnsure that the Company’s standard of service is always met and adhered to /li liCollection and analysis of numerical information and data, with preparation of analysis and reports for business purposes /li liHandling retailer’s portfolio and managing the allocation of product from delivery notes, selecting what to take when applicable /li liMonitoring of stock levels for directing weekly stock deliveries and managing the annual stock consolidation at year end, ensuring retailers complete the stock checks and the reports are returned to headquarters /li liAnalysing sell-in and sell-out trends for forecasting and managing allocation /li liResponsible for generating retailer invoices correctly and completing the accompanying paperwork /li liAdding and updating back orders on SAP, including booking the allocation orders /li liAreas to target retailer collection events /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree /li liAt least 10/15 years of working experience in a commercial role within the luxury industry /li liThe role requires commercial expertise with both strategic and operational focus /li liLuxury client relationship management /li liCommercial experience in the luxury industry /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
