Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our Xevo MRT technology. This role involves close collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams, strategic planning, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. This is a remote position with flexibility, ideally based near an international airport in Europe. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships for Xevo MRT. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Sales Funnel Management: Develop strategies to drive sales and monitor revenue growth for Xevo MRT in the USA. Maintain and forecast the sales pipeline. Sales Support: Collaborate with regional teams to convert opportunities into orders. Support customer presentations, product demos, and negotiations. Tactical Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans with regional teams to meet or exceed targets, setting clear sales goals and strategies. Sales Enablement: Create remote training programs for sales and marketing teams on Xevo MRT technology and strategies. Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Support initiatives to increase product awareness and build the sales funnel using virtual tools. Develop promotional campaigns. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and early customers, ensuring feedback and satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to leadership. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of HRMS technology to communicate its benefits effectively. Product Development Input: Provide feedback for product improvements based on customer and sales team input. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related field. Higher degrees such as an MBA or Master's are advantageous. Experience 3-5 years in sales or business development, preferably in technology or scientific sectors. Experience with Salesforce CRM. Skills and Abilities Strategic sales and marketing skills, including client targeting and needs assessment. Relationship management and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills and negotiation expertise. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Technical understanding of mass spectrometry and high-end technology. Additional Details Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, events, and meetings. Salary ranges from $88,000 to $117,000 annually, based on experience and location.
