The team manages a network of distributors selling the company’s core products within the assigned region. The selected candidate will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to maximize order volumes and significantly contribute to overall team revenue. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liPromote the full range of company products and provide tailored solutions to distributors in the assigned region. /li liExpand the customer base where possible, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. /li liEnsure smooth and effective communication with: /li liThe Customer Service Department to guarantee accurate order processing. /li liThe Area Sales Manager, regularly updating on sales activities. /li liMaintain ongoing collaboration and alignment with internal offices related to sales and customer activities. /li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements: /h3 ul li5 to 7 years of experience in a sales-related role. /li liProven track record in managing sales within the MEA region. /li liProven track record in managing sales in Saudi Arabia region. /li liPrevious experience in working with distributors. /li libFluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken /b /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or mechanical engineering. /li liKnowledge of any other language will be considered a plus /li /ul h3Key Soft Skills: /h3 ul liStrong business acumen and customer focus. /li liGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. /li liResilience and stress management capabilities. /li liFlexibility, proactiveness, and cultural sensitivity towards the MEA region. /li liAbility to work effectively within a matrix organization. /li /ul pLocation: Italy (responsible for MEA markets) /p pTravel Requirement: up to 75% /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
