We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team. - Experience of working in 5 star hotel environment as customer service and Front Office department; - High school diploma required, additional hospitality training preferred; - Knowledge of ProtelAir PMS and SimpleBooking systems is an advantage; - Great Customer Service Skills - Must enjoy guest interaction and be able to anticipate guest needs and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times; - Must be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests; - Ability to promote hotel restaurants, spa and packages; - Awareness of 5 Star Hotel Standards and guest expectations; - Italian and excellent command of English language (C1 verbal and written), knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
