In our Sales Department, you will manage sales of our SaaS solutions (rates, trade finance) as well as consulting and financial engineering services to clients and prospects across Italy and Europe, targeting the real estate, corporate, and public sectors.
Adopting a consultative sales approach, your goal is to engage high-level contacts (C-Levels, CFOs, etc.) and collaborate closely with our expert consultants and Product Managers.
Your objectives include signing new contracts by:
* Developing tailored market strategies aligned with Finance Active/Altus Group’s strategic segments (Real Estate, Energy, Construction, Public Sector)
* Highlighting the unique value of our solutions based on organizational and technological maturity, including market trends analysis, diagnosis, use cases, demonstrations, and creating commitment
* Building and negotiating commercial proposals through to contract signing
* Ensuring smooth project initiation: onboarding and coordination with operational teams
* Maintaining visibility on business pipeline and forecasts
You will utilize and enhance tools like value propositions, Salesforce CRM, social networks, email campaigns, phone outreach, fintech partnerships, and participate in industry events such as MIPIM, Eurofinance, and AITI.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Development, and the following:
* At least 3 years of experience in complex B2B services sales, preferably in solutions related to trading rooms or financial SaaS
* A proactive, hunter mentality: persistence, listening skills, conviction, and resilience throughout the sales cycle
* A passion for fintech ecosystems, SaaS, workflows, and demos, even without being an expert
* Ambition to meet individual and team goals, personal growth, and contribute to a growing company
* Fluency in English and Italian
