Continui a leggere per scoprirlo e invii la sua candidatura. # Based on AIKO's overall business strategy, participate in market planning and execution for the Italy distributed PV market, and be responsible for regional product and solution promotion. # Work closely with Sales / Key Account Managers to identify customer needs and pain points (e.g. installers, EPCs, distributors, C&I end customers), and provide timely feedback to the product and HQ technical teams. # Be responsible for the development and maintenance of technical relationships with regional customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor. # Conduct regular customer visits across Italy to support product promotion, solution explanation, and pre-/post-sales technical support. # Support solution design and technical proposals, including system configuration, product selection, and application scenarios for distributed PV projects. # Prepare and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and marketing materials, and support roadshows, distributor events, and customer workshops. # Coordinate with internal teams and external technical resources to ensure solution feasibility, competitiveness, and successful project implementation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in photovoltaic product marketing, technical sales, system design, or distributed PV project support. Experience in distributed PV (C&I, rooftop, small-scale ground-mounted) is strongly preferred, Candidates with a PV module / inverter / energy storage manufacturer background are a plus. Fluent in Italian, Working proficiency in English is required.
